How do I restore or keep access to the app?
If you purchased the app through the store tied to your device, use the same store account and follow the platform's normal restore/reinstall process.
How do I move my guest data to an account?
You can migrate local guest data to a synced account from within the app. Sign in or create an account and follow the on-screen prompt to import your existing data.
Where is my data stored?
In guest mode, your calorie logs, weight entries, and settings stay on your device. When you sign in, data is backed up and synced to your account.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account and data deletion from within the app's settings, or visit the account deletion page.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email nope@urnotmymom.com with the issue, what device you're using, and what happened. Feature requests are welcome too.
