Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Calorie Reserve account and all data associated with it at any time, directly inside the app or by writing to us.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Calorie Reserve on your device.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, email us from the address tied to your account and we will process the deletion within 7 days:

Please include the email address used to sign in. We may send a confirmation email before deleting to make sure the request is genuine.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed from our systems:

What we keep, and for how long

We do not retain any personal user data after deletion. We do not keep backups of your content beyond the operational backups our cloud database (Google Firestore) maintains for service reliability; those are overwritten on the provider's normal rotation.

Anonymous, aggregated diagnostic information (for example, crash reports without identifiers) may be retained as required by our analytics provider's standard retention policy. This information cannot be used to identify you after deletion.

Guest accounts

If you used Calorie Reserve as a guest (without signing in), all your data is stored only on your device. To delete it, either tap Settings → Reset Local Data inside the app, or simply uninstall the app from your device.
